How it works

Built for whole case files, not single searches

Five things, in the order they matter.

Whole case files in

Bring the entire file at once. PDFs and scans (read with OCR), Word, Excel and PowerPoint, email (Outlook files too), ZIP archives, and audio and video (transcribed). Everything is read on our own servers.

Sovereign and secured

Our own servers and our own AI. Your case data never goes to an outside cloud or an outside AI service. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and backups are encrypted.

Chain of custody

Every file gets a fingerprint (SHA-256) the moment it arrives. Searches, views, exports and decisions go into an audit trail that can't be edited or deleted. Every fact links back to its document and page.

  4. We deliver the results to you, and only to you.

Privacy and the law

Your case stays yours

Our own AI, on our own hardware.
The AI that reads and answers questions runs on Life War's own servers. No outside AI company or cloud service sees your case data.
Each client's data is kept apart.
Case data is separated by client and by case. A search in one case never shows another client's documents. Findings from one case can't be put into another case's report without a recorded legal basis, such as the first client's written consent.
Restricted sources stay restricted.
Information under special rules, such as consumer reports (FCRA), motor-vehicle records (DPPA), court-protected records and data vendors' terms, is tagged when it comes in. The platform enforces those limits, for our own team too.
Findings go to the client.
Utah law treats releasing what an investigator learns for a client, or a client's personal information, without authorization as unprofessional conduct (Utah Code § 58-92-502(6)). What we find for you goes to you.
Kept for five years, never deleted by surprise.
Case data is kept for five years by default, longer when needed, and can be placed on legal hold. Nothing is deleted automatically. Where a vendor's terms or a law require a shorter time, that source follows the shorter rule.
