We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell information.
The contact form asks for your name, email, phone (optional), firm and a short message. We use it only to answer you. The website itself doesn't store it: it is sent to our own email inbox.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. Cloudflare, which hosts this website, processes basic connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and run that check.
Please don't send case details through the form.

Case data

Case files our clients give us are not handled by this website. They are kept on Life War's own servers, in our own secured in-house facility, separated by client and case, and released only to the client, as Utah law requires for licensed investigators (Utah Code § 58-92-502(6)). All case data on the Life War platform is encrypted at rest with AES-256, including backups. Every connection to the platform is encrypted (HTTPS). The engagement agreement with each client governs that data.
